The Four Points By Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport has excellent facilities, such as the large outdoor pool with a landscaped sun deck and the lighted basketball and tennis courts that make for a fun and active stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi and a TV ensured a relaxing experience, and the Brewster's Bar offered delightful dining options.

While my stay at the Four Points By Sheraton was mostly pleasant, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the run-down elevators. The control panel on the ground floor and the musty smell on the seventh floor hallway were not up to the standard I expected.

The restaurant offered a delicious salmon dish, and the concierge, DJ, and Teresa provided exceptional assistance. The security staff even helped my husband during a fall, demonstrating care and professionalism. the nice pool area added to our relaxation, enhancing our overall experience.

The venue was in a central location near the beach, reliable shuttle bus to-/-from airport and Westfield mall.

The check-in process took longer than expected, with a 45-minute wait and an initial room assignment issue. The noise from the broken window seal in the first room was disruptive, and the delay in room change added to the inconvenience.

Reasonably priced place with adequate service and a good-sized room. The staff were ready to help and we had a really nice stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good.
